Great news for the Wedding Street team on the launch of the brand new concept in wedding directories.

As far as we know there is not a directory in the world like the Wedding Street and we are very proud to introduce you to our visual concept!

This website is brand new and we are always looking for ways to improve the street and your experience in using the street. We welcome any feedback you have which you can send to us on info@theweddingstreet.co.uk or use the contact form at the top of the street.

The Wedding Street directory is a whole new concept in presenting wedding suppliers to potential Brides and Groom looking for suppliers for their special day.

As this is very different from most wedding directories, you might not be sure how to use the street.. well here you go!

When the street first loads, all the stores for Bedfordshire will display first, if you are looking for suppliers in a specific county, click the green menu link in the top left corner and click your county, the street will then load the stores for that county.

Once you have selected a county, you can then select a category in the yellow tab in the top left corner.

You can move along the street by using the green arrows either side of the logo, you can also use the bottom scroll bar on PC's and Mac's and for touch screens like iPads, you can simply swipe across the street.

If you hover you mouse over the stores, name plaque or door, information will show about that supplier.

Clicking the name plaque or store door will open up their website.

You can use the search bar to search the counties for a category excluding Venues and Travel Agents (we are working on this), if results are found, the street will reload with the county and category stores you searched for.

Venues and Travel Agents

The venues and travel agent suppliers work differently from the rest of the street.

To view the venues, simply click on the Bride and Groom in front of the Town Hall, this will open a new window showing the venues location on a map for the county you are currently viewing. If you wish to see venues for another county, simply select the county and the top menu and click the Bride and Groom in front of the Town Hall once the street has loaded the new county.

The travel agents are not restricted by counties, to view them, simply click the plane photo in the top right corner, a new window will open and show you all the travel agents registered on the street.

To visit the website of a venue or travel agent, simply click it's name shown on the little placards.
